Company Description Anvil Iron Works Inc. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Estimator at ANVIL IRON WORK INC located in West Babylon, NY. The Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including analyzing architectural and structural drawings, estimating material quantities, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with team members, and reviewing project specifications. Qualifications Strong knowledge of structural and miscellaneous steel estimating Experience with reading and analyzing architectural and structural drawings Proficient in using estimating software and tools Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus
