Job Duty: * Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints * Use welding techniques to join, fabricate, and repair metal structures and components * Operate welding equipment and tools safely and effectively * Monitor and maintain welding equipment and tools * Ensure that all welding work meets the specified quality and safety standards Requirements: * 3 years welding on thin gauge steel * Ability to pass a certification test within 2 weeks of starting * Ability to understand and read blueprints
