We are seeking a Pre-Engineered Steel Foreman to join our team! You will be responsible for the high quality, safe and efficient installation of pre-engineered steel structures, secondary framing, exterior siding, roofing, trim and interior liner panel on various different projects along Colorado's front range.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee safety
- Collaborate on the site specific erection plan
- Lead a team of individuals in the safe and efficient installation of small to mid-size pre-engineered metal buildings.
- Responsibly keep up with all safety documentation
- Communicate effectively with project manager on schedule, project needs, and changes in scope of work
- Keep good records of receipts and other project spendings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a pre-engineered steel foreman
- Familiarity with multiple types/manufacture's of metal buildings
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Dependable
- Clean driving record
- Team oriented.
About Traverse Builders LLC:
Traverse Builders LLC was started in July of 2016. The founders Steve, Brian, and Zach all worked together at a large general contracting company that primarily self performed steel erection and general trades. Due to their experience in not only the management of these fields, but also the experience of physically working in these fields through out their careers, they decided to start a steel erection company with a vision of doing things just a little different than the rest of the industry. We view all projects with our trade partners from a team aspect and a servant mentality. We know and understand from being on the other side of the table that it takes a strong team in every division to make project successful. We also know that a large part of schedule is the structure of the building. 90% of all trades follow behind that scope of work, and this area is were schedules are dropped, made, or accelerated. With that being said our desire is to hire the right candidates to provide the necessary knowledge, creativity, work ethic, and grit to successfully complete projects wherever and whenever we have an opportunity.
