Job Description Job Description New Life Staffing is looking for a welder proficient in working with various types of steel components using appropriate welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or Stick welding. Must be able to interpret blueprints and welding specifications to determine proper welding procedures, perform welds according to industry standards to ensure structural integrity and quality, conduct inspections of welds for defects and make necessary repairs, and adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
